It is a one step rapid test for the detection of Malaria infection in human blood sample, indicating differential diagnosis between Plasmodium falciparum histidineich protein II (P.f, HRPI) and the other Plasmodium species (Pan, pLDH) (P. vivax, P. malariae or P. ovale)
