Methods for Storage and Maintenance of Product:

• The product shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and at normal room temperature, whose relative humidity is not larger than 80% and doesn have corrosive gas.

Direction of use

• Make first impression and plaster models. Before operation, fill undercut on model with soft wax drops.
• Make baseline to confirm base plate edges, and apply separating medium on processed model.
• Put the model into the water, soak when the medium becomes dry.
• Put the soaked plaster model on the tray. Heat water to 700C then fix the plate above the plaster with a glass rod and put them into water bath together.
• Take out the tray when the baseplate gets softened into transparent and adhere to the model, empty the excess water, and cut the edge to get perfect shape.
• Put the treated base plate and model into cold water, remove the base plate form the model and polish sharp edges.
• Re- insert it into water bath and operate again, if desired results are not obtained.
