Direction to Use

• Prepare the Ultrasonic Cleaner: Ensure the cleaner is placed on a flat, stable surface near a power source. Confirm that the cleaning tank is free of any debris.
• Fill the Tank: Add an appropriate cleaning solution or disinfectant to the tank.
• Place Instruments in the Basket: Arrange the dental instruments in the cleaning basket provided, ensuring they are fully immersed in the cleaning solution.
• Power On the Ultrasonic Cleaner: Switch on the ultrasonic cleaner, activating the ultrasonic waves. Some models may have adjustable settings; consult the user manual for guidance.
• Allow Ultrasonic Cleaning: Let the ultrasonic cleaner work through its cleaning cycle. The high-frequency vibrations generated by ultrasonic waves will dislodge debris and contaminants from the instruments.
• Monitor the Process: Keep an eye on the cleaning process, ensuring that instruments are thoroughly cleaned. Periodically check the solution for any discoloration or debris.
• Power Off and Drain: Once the cleaning cycle is complete, power off the cleaner and drain the used cleaning solution from the tank.
• Rinse Instruments: Rinse the dental instruments with clean water to remove any remaining cleaning solution.
• Inspect and Sterilize: Inspect the instruments for cleanliness. If necessary, follow up with sterilization procedures to ensure complete disinfection.
• Clean the Ultrasonic Cleaner: After use, clean the ultrasonic cleaner itself. Wipe down the tank and surfaces, and ensure there is no residual solution.
• Power Off and Store: Turn off the ultrasonic cleaner and store it in a dry and secure location when not in use.
