Designing the Model: Use 3D software to design the model, allowing customization of its shape, strength, and elasticity to suit the patient’s needs.
Printing Process: Print the model directly using a compatible 3D printer like Uniz NBEE, SprintRay, Carima, Asiga, or other supported models.
Post-Processing: After printing, remove the print from the build plate and place it in IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) for 30 seconds using an ultrasonic cleaner.
Orthodontic Force Adjustment: The model’s strength and elasticity can be adjusted during the design process using 3D software.
Disinfection: The model can be disinfected using heat under 100℃, ensuring cleanliness and restoration of its shape and mechanical properties.
Storage: Due to the shape memory function and heat disinfection availability, there is no need for a separate storage case.
