3M IV Transparent Dressing

The 3M IV Transparent Dressing is sterile and has a notched design for a better seal around the catheter compliant with CDC, 2011 and INS guidelines
It is a breathable film that allows moisture vapour and oxygen exchange, provides a bacterial and viral barrier to outside contaminants
The transparent film with high adhesion allows for maximum versatility as it can be cut to any shape and size
The IV dressing allows easy monitoring of wounds without the need to remove the dressing
Suggested Applications:
To secure catheters for peripheral and central IV lines
Paediatric applications and securing of dialysis catheters
Can be used for other catheter applications like pulmonary artery and jugular catheters
