Direction to Use
Preparation:
- Ensure proper infection control measures, including hand hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Select the appropriate bracket size and type based on the patient’s dental anatomy and treatment plan.
Tooth Preparation:
- Clean and prepare the tooth surface by polishing and etching to create a suitable bonding environment.
Adhesive Application:
- Apply the orthodontic adhesive to the back of the Gemini Clear Bracket using an applicator.
- Place the bracket on the prepared tooth surface, ensuring proper alignment.
Light Curing:
- Use a dental curing light to cure the adhesive, securing the bracket in place. Follow the recommended curing time.
Wire Placement:
- Insert the archwire into the slots of the brackets, ensuring it follows the prescribed treatment plan.
Ligation:
- Secure the archwire to the brackets using ligature ties or elastomeric modules. Follow the treatment plan for ligature placement.
Check and Adjust:
- Verify the placement of the brackets, ensuring proper alignment and engagement with the archwire.
- Make any necessary adjustments to achieve the desired tooth movement.
