Both have a 6% luer taper as per ISO:594

Gaskets are made of natural rubber which is chemically inert and compatible with any medication
Tuberculin syringes are small syringes with very fine needles and they have a capacity of up to 1cc of fluid and they are used for the administration of medication under the skin
