The Contour Curved Cutter Stapler is designed with a unique curved head for increased visibility & optimal use in male pelvises which tend to be narrower
The device combines cutting & stapling into one delivering 4 rows of staple with a single cut in between
The unique curved head design enables a 40 mm cut line in a 30 mm space. It provides a more precise transection and less tissue slippage compared to Endo GIA Radial Reload with Tritaple Technology.
The smaller head width (17 mm) helps navigation through the type confines of the pelvic region
The manual pin placement captures the target tissue before device closure
This is a reloadable device & can be fired up to 6 times in a single procedure
The Blue cartridge is meant for standard tissue thickness with an open staple height of 3.5 mm & closed staple height of 1.5 mm
The Green cartridge is meant for thick tissues with an open staple height of 4.7 mm & closed staple height of 2.0 mm
Indicated procedures: Colorectal, Gastrointestinal, Skeletal muscle stapling, Thoracic, General, Lower Anterior Resection (LAR), Above/Below Knee Amputations
