- 1 x Set of 48 crowns
Direction to Use
Selection of Crown Size:
- Choose the appropriate crown size based on the tooth being restored. Ensure it covers the tooth adequately without causing overhang.
Tooth Preparation:
- Clean and prepare the tooth by removing any decay or old restorations.
- Shape the tooth to ensure a snug fit for the stainless steel crown, ensuring the occlusal and axial reductions are sufficient.
Try-In:
- Place the selected crown on the prepared tooth to check for proper fit and occlusion.
- Adjust the fit by trimming the margins if necessary, using crown scissors or a suitable bur.
Cementation:
- Once the fit is confirmed, prepare the crown by roughening the internal surface to enhance retention.
- Apply a suitable dental cement inside the crown.
- Seat the crown onto the prepared tooth, ensuring it is fully seated and properly aligned.
Final Adjustments:
- Allow the cement to set according to the specified setting time.
- Check the occlusion and adjust if needed using appropriate finishing burs.
Polishing:
- Polish the crown margins to ensure smooth transitions and prevent irritation to the surrounding gingival tissues.
Post-Procedure Care:
- Provide the patient with post-procedure care instructions, emphasizing the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene around the crown.
