The Levac Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes are manufactured using sterile glass or plastic with a colored rubber stopper creating a vacuum seal inside of the tube, facilitating the drawing of a predetermined volume of liquid
Uses:
For Glucose determination
For Erythrocyte electrophoresis, antilkali haemoglobin and lactate
The centrifugation speed of the tube is 3500000 R/M
The centrifugation time is 5 minutes
These blood collection tubes are UV sterilised
The cap colour of the tube is Grey
The Levac blood collection tube is available in the Capacity of 2 ml and in the tube size of 13 X 75 mm
Precautions:
Recommended storage temperature: 45
Invert the tube 80 times immediately after drawing the blood
It is poisonous and should not be used for blood transfusion
Blood examination is preferred within one hour of collection as some cellular distortion becomes evident thereafter
They come in a standard packing of 100 tubes per pack
