The SafetyFlex Oral/Nasal Plain Endotracheal Tube with PVC is supported with a metal reinforced spiral, uniformly and securely encapsulated in the wall of the tube, to help prevent kinking when compared to traditional endotracheal tubes
The tip marking may aid in correct positioning of the tracheal tube if the vocal cords can be visualized
The endotracheal tube is fitted with a 15 mm connector and is suitable for oral and nasal intubation
A bite block or guedel airway may be recommended when using reinforced tracheal tubes
The tube is sterile and is meant for single patient use only
