How to wear:
Put your hand inside the stocking foot
Hold the stocking top in the order hand and pull down turning stocking insideut stopping at the heel

Stretch the stocking sideways at the heel and slide your foot into the stocking
Grasping the top of the stocking, pull over the ankleontinuing up the leg
Adjust and straighten the stocking as you work up the leg
