Direction to Use

• Sterilization Process: Once the sterilizer has reached the proper temperature, it’s ready for use. Using sterilization forceps or tongs, carefully place the dental instruments into the heated glass beads, ensuring they are fully submerged.
• Sterilization Time: The sterilization time can vary based on the type of instrument being sterilized. Typically, dental instruments are left in the glass beads for a few seconds to a minute. Refer to the manufacturer’s guidelines or dental best practices for recommended sterilization times.
• Removing Sterilized Instruments: After the appropriate sterilization time has elapsed, carefully remove the dental instruments from the glass beads using sterilization forceps or tongs.Place the sterilized instruments on a clean, sterile tray or pouch for storage until they are needed.
• Cool Down and Shutdown: Once you have finished using the glass bead sterilizer, turn it off and allow it to cool down before handling or storing it.Make sure to keep the sterilizer clean and free from any debris for its next use.
• Maintenance: Replace the glass beads at least once every 3 months to maintain their effectiveness.Clean the glass beads at least once every 2 weeks to remove any accumulated debris or contaminants.Remove glass beads only when the sterilizer is completely cool to avoid burns or injuries.Wash the beads with mild soap, rinse, and dry them thoroughly before reuse.
