Direction to Use

Setup and Preparation:

• Place the trimmer on a stable surface in a well-ventilated area.
• Ensure the power supply is compatible and stable.
• Verify that the machine is switched off before plugging it in.

Preparation of Work Area:

• Set up the water supply for wet trimming if needed. Ensure the water flow is appropriate and not excessive.

Mounting the Model:

• Securely attach the dental model to the designated holder or platform using appropriate clamps or fixtures to prevent movement during trimming.

Adjusting the Diamond Disc:

• Check the condition and placement of the diamond disc. Ensure it is properly mounted and securely in place.
• Adjust the disc’s height and angle if applicable for the desired trimming precision.

Switching On the Trimmer:

• Turn on the power switch, ensuring all safety measures are in place.
• For wet trimming, ensure the water flow is set to the appropriate level to aid in the trimming process.

Performing Trimming:

• Gently bring the dental model into contact with the rotating diamond disc, gradually moving it across the surface to trim excess material.
• Maintain steady, even pressure to achieve uniform trimming without applying excessive force.
• For precise detailing, adjust the model’s position as needed while the disc is in motion.

Monitoring and Finishing:

• Regularly inspect the progress to achieve the desired shape and finish.
• Avoid overheating by intermittently checking the disc and model temperature during prolonged use.

Switching Off and Clean-up:

• After completing the trimming process, switch off the machine and disconnect the power supply.
• Clean the trimmer, removing any debris or residue from the diamond disc and surrounding area.
• Store the trimmer in a dry, safe place, ensuring it’s ready for the next use.

Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect the machine for any signs of wear or damage, and perform routine maintenance as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
