Direction to Use

Setup:

• Familiarize yourself with the emergency stop button or switch in case of unexpected issues.

Power On:

• Turn on the power to the dental model trimmer.

Model Placement:

• Securely place the dental model on the platform of the trimmer. Ensure it is stable and properly aligned.

Adjustments:

• Adjust the height or angle of the model platform if necessary to achieve the desired trimming angle.

Wheel Selection:

• If the trimmer has multiple wheel options, ensure that the appropriate wheel (Carborundum, Diamond Disc, etc.) is installed based on your trimming needs.

Speed and Pressure Settings:

• Adjust the speed and pressure settings according to the material being trimmed and the desired outcome. Follow manufacturer recommendations.

Trimming Process:

• Activate the trimming wheel and carefully bring it into contact with the dental model.
• Move the model across the rotating wheel, gradually removing excess material.

Continuous Monitoring:

• Continuously monitor the trimming process to ensure precision and prevent over-trimming.

Buffer Usage (if applicable):

• If the trimmer has a buffer, use it after the main trimming process to refine and polish the model surface.

Power Off:

• Turn off the dental model trimmer after completing the trimming and finishing process.
