Direction to Use
Preparation:
- Ensure that the Airotor and Cartridge are properly sterilized before use. Follow recommended sterilization procedures.
- Check that all components, including the Airotor, Cartridge, and bur, are in good condition.
Connection:
- Connect the Airotor to the dental unit’s air supply system. Adjust the air pressure within the recommended range (0.25 – 0.3 MPa) for optimal performance.
- Insert the Cartridge into the Airotor, ensuring a secure fit.
Bur Insertion:
- Choose an appropriate bur for the dental procedure.
- Insert the bur into the Cartridge, ensuring it is properly seated and tightened.
Power On:
- Turn on the Airotor, following the specific instructions for your model.
- Activate any additional features such as LED illumination if available.
Adjust Settings:
- Adjust the rotation speed of the Airotor to the desired level within the specified range (350,000 – 400,000 rpm).
Procedure:
- Begin the dental procedure with controlled and precise movements, allowing the bur to perform the work.

Cooling:
