The Widex Batteries for Hearing Aids are coded with colour for size identification and are zinc air batteries
The Widex batteries should remain sealed until you are ready to use them
Activating the battery:

Remove the label and allow the battery to breathe for 60 seconds before placing it in your hearing aid

A flat, uncluttered place with a soft surface; a table with a tablecloth is recommended to change your hearing aid battery

Once you have activated the battery and removed the seal, it can be saved for later use

The battery will stop working after 4 weeks even if the hearing aid has not been used during that period

Storing hearing aid batteries:
Open your hearing aid battery door when you aren using it to assure that your device isn using power when it not in your ear
Unopened hearing aid batteries should be stored in a dry place at room temperature like a drawer. It is not necessary to store them in a refrigerator.
